As you may or may not know, the Lord has opened some incredible doors for me. Doors that can only be explained by the prayers I have prayed. I've been given the privilege of writing music with Grammy Award winning and Dove Award winning songwriters and producers who believe in me and the songs we've written.
Now, it's finally time to record my debut album!
To bring this album to life, my goal is to raise a minimum of $30,000. This will help cover everything crucial for a professional, high-quality recording: studio time, engineers, mixing, mastering, and session musicians. Every dollar goes directly into production, ensuring the music sounds as impactful as the message.
Even if a financial contribution isn't possible right now, your support means the world! The biggest way you can help is by spreading the word about this campaign to your friends and family! Every share helps us reach new ears and hearts, bringing us closer to our goal. Thank you for believing in me and my music!
ABOUT
Whether sitting on his front porch swing in the rural fields of North Carolina writing songs about Gods faithfulness in the little things (Blessing on Blessing) or telling stories of his two young daughters teaching him how to talk with God (Pray like a Kid), Christian Hohn is as real an artist as he is a real singer. Set apart by his powerful and cutting tone, when he steps up to the microphone, eyes in the room have a tendency to “widen fast”.
Christian is a family man, a grateful and hard working worship pastor, a country boy with a love of everything from the Classics and Country, to Top 40 Pop and Worship music.
Atypical of trying to fit in a genre, Hohn is the kind of artist that writes about the entirety of his human experience. His radio-esque anthem (A Different Story) speaks of redemption from a rebel to a saint, while he embraces his inner Ed Sheeran in his love song to his wife (Keep Dancing). In (Home Sweet Heaven) he belts over Switchfoot-like guitars about riding in trucks and getting hurt as a kid during his treasured golden youth. Still, mixed somewhere between the grit and radio polish, he displays his depth in (Bless the heart of God), a simple and timeless song of vertical praise to God.
“I’ve waited 25 years in the music industry to find as rare a gem as Christian. He’s the real deal, a legacy kind of artist who has a profound love for Jesus, “the” voice, the songs, the story, the work ethic. His humility and good natured-ness only make him that much more special. He doesn’t stop. I believe this is his year.”
